(Zemke, 1992) 2nd Thoughts "A recent study done at the University of London, for example, found that MBTI was one of the most easily manipulable instruments among those scrutinized. It doesn't define who people are because we has humans are more complex than what a 93 question test can answer about us. It does however give us a foundation for seeing Co and Fair Trade differences and building on our strengths and improving on our weaknesses. It also gives us insight to other peoples personality traits & helps us understand why we don't agree & no one answer is right. Now What? With the results of the MBTI test, Susan Cain's insight on how we became a culture that rewards extroversion, and Ron Zemke's 2nd Thoughts, I have come up with my own understanding. This test can be useful but it does not define who I am. It is important to understand the overall picture with pros and cons. Ultimately what the MBTI test does is help me to understand how I may react to situations and where I can improve. Self awareness is the biggest factor I've taken away from this and how to improve my relationships professionally and and the 2nd Heat Law of Thermodynamics Transfer. Work Cited. Cain, S. (2012).
